こんばんわーー。
Good evening.
インスタにも載せたけど
こないだジュースクレンズをしました！
As I put it on ig, I had some juice cleanse.
すごく身体がスッキリするって聞いてやってみたくて
3日間コールドプレスジュースで過ごしたんだけど、
I’ve heard you feel very off so I tried 3 days.
お腹はいっぱいになるんだけど、
いつもはそんなに食べないものとかに
めちゃめちゃ惹かれるの。
I get full with drinking this but I got into something else I do not have usually.
お菓子も普段あんまり食べないのに
すごく食べたくなったり。
I don’t eat snacks usually but I crave some.
でも頑張ったおかげてスッキリしました！
Since I was patient for whole 3 days, I feel off now.
でもさ思ったんだけどさ
昨日ブログに焼肉について書いて
インスタにジュースクレンズのこと書いて
There is one thing I realized,
I wrote about Yakiniku yesterday
and today I wrote about juice cleanse.
めっちゃ矛盾してるね。笑
That’s contradictory.
せっかく食事我慢してスッキリしたのに
焼肉を週2で食べるって言う。笑
I hold up on the food I want to have
and I have yakiniku twice a week.
意味なし。笑
That does not make sense.

乳がん検診の大切さを伝え、患者さんを支えていくピンクリボンフェスティバルのゲストメッセンジャーに就任しました。
I was inaugurated as a guest messenger of the Pink Ribbon Festival.
１０月７日のスマイルウォークというイベントに参加ささて頂きます！
I will join the smile walk event on Nov 7th.
そして先日、がん研有明病院乳腺センター長の 大野真司先生と対談させて頂きました。
A few days ago, I had a chance to talk a interview with Dr. Ono who is a principal of Ariake breast cancer hospital.
初めて知ること、勘違いしていたことたくさんありました。
There are so many new things I learned and so many things I realized that I misunderstood the breast cancer.
日本人女性の11人に1人がなると言われている
とってもとっても怖い病気。
It’s a serious disease one eleventh of Japanese women occur.
だからこそ正しい知識を知っとくことが大事なのに
薄っぺらい知識で勝手に怖くなって、目を背けてたのかもしれないな。
I might have turned away from the fact since I barely have the knowledge and I got scared of it.
だけど、乳がんは早期発見で9割は治るという事。
The 90% of breast cancer can be cured if it was detected early.
年齢が上がるほどなりやすいという事。
The more aged people, the easier they can occur.
40代後半から50代が一番確率が高いんだって。
Late 40’s to 50’s people occur at the high rate.
だからこそ30代からはきちんと検診に行くのが
そして20代は定期的に自分でチェックするのがとっても大切だという事。
so from 30’s, it’s very important to have annual medical checkup
and for 20’s, to start examining your breast by yourself periodically.
そして20代！
まずは、お母さんに検診に行く事を勧めてください。
therefore 20’s need to let your mom to recommend to have annual medical checkup.
お仕事や家事できっと自分の事を後回しにしてしまうお母さんの背中をぐいっと押してあげてください。
In a daily life their moms might leave herself behind in the cause of their busy job,
so please push their back to have them have a examination.
今回こういう機会に知った正しい知識を、
たくさんの人に伝えていけるように頑張りたいと思います！

Yesterday, I went to see Ayumi Hamasaki san’s concert with my mom.
大阪城ホールに！！
at Osaka castle hall.

I would like to say a congratulation on my first time visiting concert away from my house.
こないだの東京の公演見に行けなかったからさ〜〜
新幹線乗って行ってきちゃったよ〜〜
I missed the one held in Tokyo,
so I took a bullet train and visited to see the concert.
最高だった、、、、💓
It was awesome.
パフォーマンスがかっこよすぎた。
表情１つ１つがかわいすぎた。かっこよすぎた。
仕草１つ１つが美しすぎた。
Her performance was so cool and her expressive face was so cute at some part and also so cool.
The every single expression she made was just beautiful.
そしてなにより、ライブが楽しすぎた！！
あっとゆーますぎた！！
And more than anything, the live concert was super fun.
Time flew so fast.
この心にグッと突き刺さる感じ、、、言葉にできない！！
I cannot describe this feeling touched my heart.
あーりんの大好きな曲もたくさん聞けたし🙌🏻

I got a pin I’ve wanted and also had a delicious meals, we had a great time.
